Speed reading method #3:- One of the problems which one inevitably has to negotiate while reading is the 'hop back time'. Your eyes inexorably hop back to the previous sentence during reading. In order to prevent this you could use a pencil or finger or indicator to underline the sentence you are reading. This ensures that your attention remains focused on that very sentence, and not jump back to the earlier one. Thus you can achieve a faster read.
